  1. Make sure you done all the steps correctly mentioned in Before You Begin section.
  2. Download & Extract Root Package at desktop.
  3. Make sure usb debugging is enabled and connect you device via USB cable to PC.
  4. Don’t select Mass Storage or anything just connect it.
  5. Now Open the extracted folder and you found a RunMe.bat file in it.
  6. Launch RunMe.bat file.
  7. It will show some options select Mode 3 (Goroh_Kun Mode).

3. Rooting the Sony Xperia Z:

  1. Download DooMLoRD_Easy-Rooting-Toolkit_v15_perf-event-exploit.zip to your computer.
  2. Extract the zip file into a folder. You should see a “files” folder and a “runme.bat”.
  3. Ensure you have enabled USB Debugging and enable “Unknown Sources” in Settings->Security->Unknown Sources on your device.
